Repairs we handle
- Leaning or rotted posts reset or replaced in concrete
- Sagging or dragging gates: new hinges, latches or anti-sag kits, or a rebuilt frame
- Broken rails, pickets and boards matched as closely as possible
- Vinyl panels and rails replaced after wind or impact damage
- Chain link fabric re-stretched, tension wire and top rail replaced
- Storm and fallen-tree damage (we can document it for your insurance claim)
Repair or replace?
If posts are sound and the damage is limited to a few sections, repair almost always makes sense. If many posts are rotted at the ground, or the fence is past the point where boards can be matched, replacing a run can cost less over the next ten years. We’ll give you both numbers when the answer is close.
Replacing posts means digging, so a PA One Call request is still required, and some townships treat a full replacement like a new fence for permit purposes. We handle both.
